We want to start our week in a positive and beautiful way so thats what were gonna do!!! If you keep doing the same behaviours and keep staying unhappy is that really surprising! Break your routines, challenge yourself daily and see the beauty in the world. We will meet at 06:45 am to watch the msytery of the universe in action, bring a towel as water and air are free and we may do breathings and cold therapy while we´re at it. (For the braver Everesters amongst us)
